(WJAR) Rhode Island Attorney General Peter Neronha announced on Friday that a Woonsocket man and woman was charged for the abuse of a child with a BB gun. Prosecutors said that Paul Marcheterre, 37, was charged with one count of second-degree child abuse, one count of felony assault and one count of disorderly conduct on Sept. 12 at Providence County Superior Court. Ann Doyon, 28, was charged with one count of child endangerment.
