(Shutterstock) WOONSOCKET, RI — A Woonsocket man and woman are facing charges in connection to their roles in the abuse of a child with a BB gun, Rhode Island Attorney General Peter Neronha said Friday. On Sept. 12, Paul Marcheterre, 37, was charged with second-degree child abuse, felony assault, and disorderly conduct. Ann Doyan was charged with child endangerment.
