Woonsocket police share this booking photo of Reed Barbour. PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A suspect involved in a deadly hit-and-run in Woonsocket two weeks ago is set to appear in court. The crash happened on April 21 at the intersection of South Main and Providence streets. Reed Barbour, 22, was arrested and charged with duty to stop in accident resulting in death, duty to stop in accident resulting in serious injury, driving to endanger, resulting in death, and driving to endanger resulting in personal injury.
