United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island. (WLNE) WOONSOCKET, R.I. (WLNE) — United States Attorney Zachary Cunha said that a former Woonsocket couple admitted that they directed a conspiracy that was responsible for shipping dozens of packages of cocaine through the U.S. Postal Service from Puerto Rico to Rhode Island. Cunha said that Efrain Colon-Garcia, and his wife, Yaniris Colon-Senquiz, each pled guilty to a charge of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute cocaine and a charge of unlawful use of a communication facility.
