Management at Moon Works: I would like to write a review for Moon Works we had a new roof done on our home and also know we are getting gutter helmets. We can’t say enough wonderful things about John the foreman and his staff that helped him and they cleaned the property after the job. They didn’t even stop to have lunch they keep going so they could finish the job was fantastic. I would die to thank everyone that helped me Nina, Jessy, John, Emil and the other works. I would recommend Moon Works they are very kind and extremely professional. My husband and I are so happy we found Moon Works, they have wonderful works I can’t say enough about John that the foreman he is fantastic and wonderful person. I am having a very negative customer experience with Moonworks. They have half completed my gutter helmet job, misquoted the job, and now they have become unresponsive. I would not be writing this review if they replied to my concerns. I would avoid this installer at all costs. The sales perosn literally has gone dark on a half finished job leaving us in a bad position. {Update several months later: they finished the job at no additional cost -- so i am upgrading my star rating from 1 to 2).
